Murdock Jr. pre-populated DIY PCB

HM-2 EQ

Murdock Jr. is a tone shaping pedal derived from the EQ section of the Boss HM-2. The original HM-2 pedal has several gain and clipping stages followed by an EQ section. Murdock offers an EQ-only version of that circuit to impart an HM-2 flavor to any other effects pedal. This is a pre-populated PCB which can be built as a stand-alone pedal, or it can be installed into an existing pedal, space permitting, to modify it for HM-2 EQ. Try it with a GCI Brutalist Jr!

Sale is for pre-populated PCB only.  Assembled pedal in the product photos is for reference only.  You must source the remaining components and build the pedal yourself.  Wire and an A5K pot are all that's requited to add it to another pedal.  To build as stand-alone, a footswitch, A5K pot, LED, wire, enclosure, DC jack and IO jacks are required.  To make foot switch wiring easier, we also suggest you buy the 3pdt utility switch.  

No build documentation is provided with this PCB.  Pot value and pads for in, out, LED switching, 9v and ground connections are clearly labelled on the PCB.
